Yes, a product purchased on g-gem.com has a cooling-off period of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the product. After you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product. Within this period you can return your order. Returns are on own cost.

Returns can only be done on non-customized items. Customized jewelry are not eligible for returnship. Orders can only be refunded if proved no damage.

Yes, please contact us and let us know your order number and we will discuss the possibilities on an exchange. Keep in mind that we will ask for the item to be returned before shipping out the new item.

No, to limit the shipments, we've chosen to not have free returns. Shipments are free above € 500,-, below € 500,- the shipment costs € 15,-
